I'm Jovan Filipović, an Electrical Engineering graduate from the University of Belgrade, building practical AI agent systems for small businesses. I focus on workflows where leads, CRM/ERP data, sales follow-up, and operational decisions are still handled manually, inconsistently, or across too many disconnected tools.
My approach is business-first: start with a real bottleneck, structure the data around it, add AI where it helps decision-making, and keep humans in control through reviewable outputs and approval steps.
